Appointments for coaching and counseling can be made by phone, email, post and in person. The legally binding obligation does not exist in a written order form or document, but already arises through an agreement by email, letter or verbally.
The settlement takes place directly between Natacha Camerier and you as a customer. Billing to third parties, such as a company, is possible. Payment of the invoice amount for coaching and counseling is made in cash after the session, or by bank transfer after reception of the invoice. For services to companies, the due remuneration is calculated at least once a month at the end of the month. Payment is due immediately after receipt of the invoice and without deduction.
An appointment can be canceled at any time up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of later cancellations or no-show on an agreed date, I reserve the right to charge a time loss fee (according to ยง 615 BGB) up to the full agreed price.
Records of the course of the session are not accessible to third parties and are kept for a maximum of 8 years. Documents are only released in exceptional cases and after prior agreement. The deletion of the data requires a written notification.
The place of jurisdiction is Munich (Bavaria)
Should one of the above clauses of the General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions will not be affected. An ineffective condition is replaced by one that comes as close as possible to the legal regulations taking into account the purpose of the contract.
